Typical residential junk removal runs $125 for a minimum load to $1,000–$2,000 for a full home clearout. Your free on-site estimate locks in your price.
We Do More Than Just Haul
Usable items don’t go straight to the landfill. We sort as we go and donate to local charity partners across Southeast Michigan. If items qualify, our appraisers can document them so you receive a tax deduction — which can offset a meaningful portion of your cost. After the truck is loaded, we broom sweep the cleared areas and do a final walkthrough with you. Your space is clean and ready.

Do I need to sort or organize anything before you arrive?
No. That’s the whole point. Just show us what goes and we take it from there — from wherever it is in the home. No prep required.
Can you remove just one or two items, or do you require a minimum load?
We handle everything from a single piece of furniture to an entire estate. Our minimum charge is $125, which covers a small number of items. Call us and we’ll let you know what falls within that range.
What if I’m not sure what I want to keep?
That’s completely normal, especially during estate situations or big life transitions. Our crew works at your pace. You direct us and we handle the rest. Nothing is removed without your say-so.
Do you haul items out of the basement or attic?
Absolutely. We carry items from anywhere in the home — basement, attic, upper floors, tight spaces. You don’t need to move anything to the ground floor first.
What happens to my donated items?
Usable items go to our network of local charity partners. If you’d like documentation for a tax deduction, our appraisers can provide that. It’s one of the most underused benefits of a professional cleanout.
