Usable items don’t go straight to the landfill. We sort as we go and donate to local charity partners across Southeast Michigan. If items qualify, our appraisers can document them so you receive a tax deduction — which can offset a meaningful portion of your cost. After the truck is loaded, we broom sweep the cleared areas and do a final walkthrough with you. Your space is clean and ready.
