  • Once your estate sale date is scheduled, we’ll start marketing your sale on all the estate sale directory sites, social media and our local shopper networks – including a complete listing on the Estate Pros website.

Week Of Sale

  • Our team will come to your home to inventory, organize, price, and stage your sale items. Our retail boutique style approach will set your estate sale up for success!
  • Let the selling begin! Your estate sale is managed and executed by our team of professionals over the course of a 1-3 day period (usually on weekends).

Post Sale

  • After the sale, we will issue your full detailed transaction report and settlement payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If requested, we will empty your home of any remaining unsold items – scheduling donation pick ups, and removing any trash for recycling or discard. We will even broom sweep and vacuum your entire house so it’s ready for sale or the next homeowner!

  • Our clean out team and charity partners arrive at your home on your day of service with everything necessary to handle your project – moving trucks, packing & boxing supplies, etc.

Post-Clean Out
