Start by scheduling a FREE consultation to discuss your specific needs & goals
When ready, choose a weekend to schedule your estate sale
Once scheduled, advertisements are created for your estate sale using professional photographs, video tours and keyword specific descriptions of all your items
Advertising begins and your estate sale listing is posted to our national network of shoppers via the Estate Pros website, major estate sale industry websites, social media, etc
Next, the Pros team will visit your home a few days prior to the estate sale in order to set up, merchandise and price all of your sale items using our boutique-style retail approach
Let the selling begin! Your estate sale is managed and executed by our team of professionals over the course of a 1-3 day period (usually weekends)
After the estate sale, your settlement payment and detailed estate sale transaction report are issued within 24 hours
To finish up, the Pros will empty your home by donating and cleaning out the remaining unsold items (if requested)
The house is empty and you’re done – it’s that easy!

All around best service! Professional, easy and everything arrived in the same shape that it was originally was in. Easy to book and contact. Text reminders of upcoming service was great. They wrapped the couches in plastic, dressers were covered in moving blankets. All I had to do was tell what room the items go in and that is it. 100% recommend!

Didn't have time for an estate sale and had to donate most of the furniture, but their professional appraisal was more than enough to make up for the loss.
